IT'S A BOY!!!!

Friday was a big day for Megan and me. She is now 20 weeks along, and Friday was our Ulturasound. Those ultrasound machines are really amazing. I was surprised all the detail that they provide. outlines of parts of the brain. you can see all the bones in the arms and legs. It even uses infrared to show the bloodflow of the umilical cord. One of the coolest things that I saw was the heart. They show your the four chambers of the heart. it was really cool to see them working. Luckily we didn't have to wait for the whole thing. About in the middle we did find out htat it was a boy.
It almost didn't happen for us to find out the sex on Friday though. When we showed up at LDS Hospital at 8 am which was our appointment we found out that they had to bump our schedule becaouse the doctor was not going to be able to be there but whoever was supposed to call us did not do it. Luckily for us or luckily for them, I guess it depends on how you look at it. they were able to work us in even at 8 o' clock. I think Megan would have had a meltdown and either cried hysterically or gotten really upset. But since everything worked out she was happy.
Now we are way excited, finally we can start putting things togeter knowing that it is a boy...
